Daniel Parulian is co-founder and Managing Partner at Avodah Commercial Real Estate. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting Degree and a Master of Real Estate, both from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. Prior to founding Avodah Commercial Real Estate, he was with CBRE in Houston specializing in Agency and Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, and Debt and Structured Finance. He has led in the leasing, acquisition, financing, and disposition of over $275 million of various commercial real estate property types. He was awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2016 for Industrial Leasing Transactions. He lives in College Station, TX with his wife Pamela and their three sons.

Edwin Weatherspoon is a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients in southern California and Texas. Edwin has built a solid foundation of satisfied clients in the areas of commercial sales and leasing, residential, land, and property management. His portfolio has included managing shopping centers, medical buildings, land, and residential properties. In addition to his expertise in real estate, Edwin has owned a successful janitorial business in California and Arizona. A former NFL player with the World Football League Southern California Suns, Washington Redskins, and Miami Dolphins, Edwin is a member of the National Football League Players Association Alumni. A highly motivated, enthusiastic community leader, relationship builder, and excellent communicator with exceptional people skills, Edwin has earnedthe reputation of reliability and honesty.Originally from Globe Arizonia, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Edwin enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He is married and recently moved to Collage Station with his wife Vickie, a high school special education teacher.
